Project Website!

Welcome to the website for the
Lake County High School
 Class of 1970!
It is an honor and a privilege to be our Class Webmaster. The Class of 70 has remained closer than any class in the history of LCHS. We are admired and amazed by many for this achievement. As we enter our "post 50" phase of life, many of us find it more difficult to keep in touch. This forum will enable communication in a new format. Please send any information, pictures, stories, births, deaths, “good gossip”, etc. that you would like to share online. We will also have a prayer list for those prayer warriors in our class. Please check it often. Put our site on your "favorites" list.

I look forward to being your class “spider”
Martha (Thurmon) Helton

Thanks to the financial contributors so far to this website - any donations will be graciously accepted and used to improve and continue our site.

Did You Know?

Our Gyre Falcon Mascot is pronounced JIR - with a long i. Like Gyrate. The majestic bird soars in a circular motion or a spiral motion, especially around a fixed central point. I don't know that I have ever heard it pronounced correctly....
